awards NBA,

MVP race,
my top 4 candidates as of december 1st,
1. Lebron James, he has a player efficiency rating of 32.9, and he scores 29.1 points a game, if they did it today i think that Lebron would win unanimously.
2.Kobe Bryant, 25 points,5 rebounds and 5 assists and he has lead his team to top mark in the league, in most years his stats would put him at number one but, look at Lebron.
3.Chris Paul, 32.8 player efficiency rating. He is averaging 12.2 assists and 20.5 points he is also putting up reasonable MVP numbers but, Lebron is way in front.
4.Dwight Howard, He is top 20 in points (17th), shooting (seventh), double-doubles (second), blocks (first) and rebounds (second) and is the only player big enough and cool enough to take Shaq's Superman nickname. 13.4 rebounds 20.9 points and 4.1 blocks which is amazing and outstanding effort he probably won't be able to steal lebron's MVP but, defensive player of the year is a good chance.
defensive player of the year
top 4,
1.Dwight Howard, He blocked six shots on Monday, a total that's so routine for him that it's barely mentioned anymore. he leads blocks is 2nd in rebounds, and i can't see anyone taking it away from him, a clear favorite.
2.Dwayne Wade, Only player in the league who is top 10 in steals and blocks, he isn't the biggest man but, his closing speed and athleticism lets him jump up and block shots with ease.
3.Kevin garnet (tied with artest.) averaging 1.12 steals a game and 1.5 blocks is good enough to be in the top 5 count when compleded with his rebounding(8.5 a game) but i don't think he will be able to be a chance for the award with these numbers.
3.Ron Artest (tied with Garnet.) half a block, 1.9 steals and6.3 rebounds gets him here, but no further.
4.Andri kirilenko. should be higher averaging 1 and half blocks and steals, also the favorite for the sixth man award.
rookie of the year,
1.derrick Rose, awesome Point guard, good defensivly and also great at the the little things, hustling and all that.
2.Greg Oden, getting better with everygame.
3.O.J Mayo, scoring like crazy going to be very good this season and many more to come.
4. Micheal Beasly, with coach of the year favorite coaching him and sticking to his defensive game, he could go places fast.
